  4. Monitor top countries: Focus marketing efforts on high-engagement regions

  5. Track top products: Identify best performers and optimize underperforming items

Understanding Key Metrics

Interaction → Try-On → Download Funnel

The Activity chart shows the customer journey:

  1. Interaction (Purple): Customer clicks Try-On button → Opens widget

  2. Try-On (Yellow): Customer uploads photo → AI processes → Result shown

  3. Download (Teal): Customer saves result → High purchase intent

Healthy Conversion Rates:

  • Interaction → Try-On: 70-90% (most users who open the widget complete a try-on)

  • Try-On → Download: 30-50% (users satisfied with results save the image)

If conversion is low:

  • Low Try-On rate: Improve button clarity, simplify upload process

  • Low Download rate: Improve product image quality (Image Quality Guide)

Desktop vs Mobile Insights

The Visitors chart helps you understand device preferences:

  • High Mobile traffic: Ensure widget is mobile-optimized, consider sticky button placement

  • High Desktop traffic: Optimize for larger screens, detailed product views

  • Balanced traffic: Test modifications on both devices before deploying
